  • Insert Bottom Disk.
  • Insert Metal Disk.
  • Insert Fiber Disk.
  • Repeat insertion of metal/fiber disks (total 7 sets).
    •      Pressure Plate Installation dataimgs/image02.gif grp_bolt_washer_off 0000-A0002 0000-A0003 0000-A0006 Add the pressure plate to the basket, which now contains the disks. Attach the pressure plate to the basket with 5 bolts. Cam Attachment dataimgs/image03.gif grp_ap(kam)_off 0000-A0001 Attach the cam onto the shaft, then install into the inner clutch. This will complete the inner clutch assembly.     Basket Hub Insertion dataimgs/image04.gif grp_outer_basket_hub_off 0000-A0007 0000-A0011 Insert the basket hub into the clutch gear. Spring Plate Attachment dataimgs/image05.gif grp_spring_plate_off 0000-A0012 Add the spring plate to the clutch gear behind the basket hub. Basket Attachment dataimgs/image05.gif grp_outer_basket_x_off 0000-A0010 Attach the outer basket to clutch gear on the side opposite the spring plate. Assembly Stabilization dataimgs/image06.gif grp_outer_basket_rivet_off 0000-A0009 Attach the basket, gear, and spring plate with rivets. Basket Ring Installation dataimgs/image07.gif grp_outer_basket_ring_off 0000-A0008 Install the basket ring and adjust the splines to settle it. Clutch Assembly dataimgs/image09.gif grp_inner_basket_off Put the inner clutch and outer clutch together to complete the clutch assembly. Case Installation dataimgs/image10.gif grp_clutch_off Install the assembled clutch into the engine case. Be sure that gears fit together. Engine Assembly dataimgs/image11.gif grp_top_off Put the engine case and the upper part of the engine together.
