Key Features and Benefits

Import All 3D CAD Data from a Variety of Supported Formats

With an extensive range of supported CAD formats, import your geometric data, part information, and BOMs into a single file to be used for referencing throughout the authoring process.

Author Configurable mBOMs

Easily build an mBOM from your imported eBOM data by dragging and dropping into the manufacture tree or directly import existing MBOM data. The mBOM allows for the creation of manufacturing BOM based work instruction authoring.

Design Task-Based Process Trees

Build the process sequence by utilizing the 3D data and authored mBOM. Link meta data to your process steps to add an extra level of detail.

Utilize Animated Work Instructions

Add extra details to your process through animated work instructions that can include text-based callouts and alerts or images and meta data that can be displayed during the animation. With the ability to set each view of the animation, you can highlight the detail of each process task more clearly.

Create Illustration-Based Work Instructions

Utilize process snapshots to create multiple static illustration views that explain your assembly process. Add notes, images, cross sections, meta data, and much more to increase work instruction comprehension. This provides an option for standard paper-based work instructions. Avoid the need to manually manipulate photos and text to create paper-based work instructions with the ability to use 3D data.
